This pack contains 10 sheets of our DEAD MAT HEX foiled 100% butyl rubber sound deadening mat. Each sheet measures at 375mm x 250mm [0.94sqm (10sqft) in total].

DEAD MAT HEX is the latest and most advanced technological butyl formula aimed to combat automotive vibrations and common road noises by deadening the sounds at their source. DEAD MAT HEX is military grade. Our latest sound deadening sheets are produced with high-grade odourless butyl rubber, which is non-flammable and complies with all current automotive regulations. DEAD MAT HEX is made up of 1.7mm 100% butyl with a 0.1mm Alu-metal foil O/A thickness 1.8mm.

It is easy to roll smooth and has high temperature resistance and super strong self-adhesive backing. It is also extremely flexible making it very easy to shape around places like wheel arches and other pressed metal panels. DEAD MAT HEX kills road noise and panel vibrations, bringing to life car audio system like never before.

How to apply

Simply peel off the backing paper and place the sheet directly to the prepared panel/surface of the vehicle and press the sheet firmly into place. Heat may be applied to further ease this process. Due to self-adhesive nature of DEAD MAT HEX the sheet will be fixed in place once smoothed onto the surface area.
