How fast is delivery?

Our delivery is next working day when ordered before 1pm Monday – Thursday. (Subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control). Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.

Of course. We pride ourselves on our happy welcoming customer service and ability to help coupled with our practical hands-on knowledge of our products. We are people here after all and not just a faceless internet shop.

Are your products just for campervans?

Certainly not. Our products can be used in all vehicles from all motorhomes and horseboxes right through to boats and even homes.

How easy is campervan carpet to apply?

Very! Our product is the most flexible, malleable and pliable on the market without compromising its hardwearing integrity.

Can multiple orders be combined?

Absolutely, if you order multiples and leave a buyers note to seller (not on paypal as dispatch does not have access to this) or give us a call and we will combine on to a continuous length.

Do you have a vehicle trim shop?

Yes we do and we are happy for customers, both new and returning, to pop down and purchase in person. Please view our contact page for our address.

How much van carpet do I need for my vehicle?

This is a hard question to answer as all vans and desired finishes are different. You would need to contact us directly via the phone for quotes/estimates. Please have the following information ready before hand as we will not be able to quote realistically without these important details. We would need to know:

The make and model of the vehicle
How many surfaces you are wanting to cover
Are there any side sliding doors or windows
Are you fitting extras e.g., pop-top roof
Are you doing the panels removeable or not

All these factors dictate how much carpet and insulation would be required. We will always advise you purchase a bit extra in case of accidents or slight miscalculations.

How do I use my promo code?

All promotional codes and discounts (subject to validity) are to be used at point of checkout.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to make an order, but you may miss out on our newsletters and future offers, deals and discounts without one.

Which courier company do you use?

We use Fedex’s next working day service and for smaller orders we use 1^st and 2^nd class Royal Mail.

Are products and packaging recyclable?

As the world is becoming more aware of its carbon footprint and the effects it is having this little blue planet we call home, we have made sure that as many of our products and their packaging are recyclable and/or made from recycled products and urge our customers to recycle were possible.

If I have made a mistake, can this be amended before it's dispatched?

Yes, providing this is done before 1pm on the day of dispatch and this must be done over the phone. This is only applicable to carpet, suede, flooring, panel clips and push locks.

How do i return no longer needed/unwanted/damaged products?

You may, within 7 working days of receipt of your order, return any item in unused, original condition for a full refund. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy set out below. For more details please visit our delivery & returns page.

What is your refund policy?

If you return items within the period mentioned above and in accordance with the terms of our returns policy, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receiving the returned items. For more details please visit our delivery & returns page.
